Returns

Because of the personal, handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at hello@knaturalgoddess.com with a photo and we will make it right.

Lost Packages

Once your order has shipped, tracking is provided. If your package is lost in transit, please file a claim with the carrier first, then contact us and we will assist.
